I have been a professional copyeditor since 2013, helping people with their academic writing including dissertations, resumes, grad school applications, and more. I have a close attention to detail and enjoy working with individuals to improve their writing to the best of my ability. I can work independently on projects or collaborate with you one-on-one.
In 2019 I started writing foundation and corporate grants for a domestic violence nonprofit in Southern California. With a background in social work and direct client services, I gained an appreciation for nonprofit management and fundraising which make these critical programs possible. I’ve secured over $4 million in grant award funds for nonprofits over the past 4 1/2 years and would love to help you find funding for the cause you care about!
I grew up in Central Pennsylvania where I currently live with my husband and two daughters. I received my undergraduate degree in Sociology from Penn State University and my master’s in Social Work from University of Denver. In my free time I enjoy doing yoga, being outside in nature, and watching reality dating TV.
